Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Auditions: May 5, 6, & 8 @ The Village Theatre at Cherry Hill

2(two) 16-bar cuts of 2 contrasting songs, and if called back be ready to dance (bring tennis shoes or jazz shoes and appropriate clothing for hip-hop and jazz combinations. 

Several roles will be paid (Joseph, Narrator, 2 or 3 brothers, 2 or 3 chorus will be paid) ranging from $200 to $300.

Our four week musical theatre workshop/summer stock is geared for advanced musical theatre students ages 15-22. The first two weeks are focused on daytime intensive workshops and evening rehearsals for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (with a cast of area professionals and college students). The third week involves evening technical rehearsals and kicks off our thirteen performance run.

Whether your concentration is music, dance, or theatre this two week intensive workshop offers a variety of sessions that focus on everything needed to become the next Broadway hit. Work with professionals from Broadway, Off-B-Way, B-Way National tours, Las Vegas, Detroit and faculty and staff from Eastern Michigan University. Students also rehearse to perform in a professional production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

July 21 to August 1:   M-F,  Morning Classes 10 am to 1 pm/Lunch 1-2/Classes resume from 2 pm to 4 pm.  JOSEPH rehearsals 5:30 pm to 9 pm
